Please contact us should you wish to use any of our content or make reference to Grace Paper Collective publicly. Along with seeking our permission we ask that you provide credit for any content you intend to re-use, and hyperlink it to https://www.gracepaper.co if used online. Whenever possible, we are happy to provide high resolution photographs and answer any questions you may have at that time.

We reserve the right to request that any third-party remove our content or other copyrighted materials at any time for any reason.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

Grace Paper Collective and gracepaper.co are properties of With Two Hands Creative, LLC. In addition, any photos, designs, graphics, text or other content are protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property laws, treaties, and protections. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site or goods or products purchased without express written permission from With Two Hands Creative, LLC.

All third party names, trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective owners.

CUSTOM ART USAGE & RESTRICTIONS

Any and all artwork(s) created by Grace Paper Collective are the copyrighted property of With Two Hands Creative, LLC and may not be individually used for any other end product for sale by the purchaser or other hired party of the purchaser, including, but not limited to: art prints, custom paper goods, lifestyle products, gifts or any other project that jeopardizes the integrity of the original artwork and/or end product. 

 

Permitted Uses of Product(s). Grace Paper collective grants to the purchaser a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced with and for the purchaser for personal use only so long as purchaser provides Grace Paper Collective (@gracepaper.co) with attribution each time purchaser uses Grace Paper Collective's property. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:

  1. In photos on purchaser’s personal social media pages or profiles, so long as Grace Paper Collective is tagged; or

  2. In personal creations, such as a scrapbook, so long as it does not jeopardize the original integrity of the piece.

Artistic Release. 

Style. Purchaser has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Grace Paper Collective’s work and has a reasonable expectation that GPC will perform the services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified before purchase via contact with GPC at postbox@gracepaper.co
Consistency. GPC will use reasonable efforts to ensure purchaser's desired services are produced in a style and manner consistent with GPC's current portfolio and GPC will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by purchaser. However, by purchasing a custom piece, you understand and agree that:

  1. Every individual is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;

  2. Art services are often a subjective art and GPC has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique;

  3. GPC will use artistic judgment when providing services, which may not include strict adherence to purchaser’s suggestions;

  4. Although GPC will use reasonable efforts to incorporate purchaser’s suggestions and desires when providing services, GPC shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the services provided;

  5. Dissatisfaction with aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for any sort of monies returned.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We reserve the right to block, delete, or otherwise restrict comments and posts from our social media channels which contain personal attacks, hateful or divisive speech, profanity – or those which promote a personal, political, or other unrelated business or agenda. We hope this will promote an atmosphere where our friends, customers, and fans can engage in productive and positive conversation.
